Delivery Settings: Complete Configuration Guide

Learn how to configure delivery settings in Eatery Club, including ERP sync, Sales Tax, notifications, and order processing.

Purpose

Configure the system-wide delivery settings that control order processing, ERP integration, notifications, taxes, delivery behavior, and customer communication.

Available Settings

Automatic ERP Order SyncAutomatically sends orders to the ERP system. Required for order processing.❌ (Test environment)
Order Comment SettingsDefines which order details are sent to the ERP comment field (payment method, bonuses, guest count, etc.).
Order Total RoundingConfigure how order totals are rounded.Round to Whole Number
Auto Release Bonus HoldAutomatically restores reserved bonus points when an order is canceled.
Automatic Refund on CancellationAutomatically refunds online payments for canceled orders.
Power Outage WarningDisplays a notification when power outages affect service.
Peak Hours WarningDisplays a message about possible delivery delays during busy periods.
Send SourceKey (iiko/Syrve)Sends the SourceKey integration parameter to iiko/Syrve.
Apply Sales Tax to Delivery FeeAdds Sales Tax to delivery charges.
Apply Sales Tax to Cart TotalApplies Sales Tax to all products in the cart.
Link Products to Restaurants During SyncAutomatically associates new products with restaurants during iiko synchronization.

Important Settings

Automatic ERP Order Sync

Critical: This setting must be enabled. Otherwise, orders will not be sent to your ERP system or POS.

Delivery Time Interval

Make sure the Delivery Time Interval is greater than 0. This setting is configured elsewhere but is required for proper delivery scheduling.

Sales Tax (U.S. Restaurants)

If your restaurant operates in the United States, enable both Sales Tax options.

Note: Contact Eatery Club Support to confirm the correct tax rates and jurisdictions for your state or county before enabling Sales Tax.

Scenario: Configure a Peak Hours Warning

  1. Go to Settings → Delivery Settings.
  2. Enable Peak Hours Warning.
  3. Enter a message, for example:Due to high demand, delivery may take up to 90 minutes. Thank you for your understanding!
  4. Click Save.

Scenario: Enable Sales Tax

  1. Confirm the applicable Sales Tax rates with Eatery Club Support.
  2. Go to Settings → Delivery Settings.
  3. Enable Apply Sales Tax to Delivery Fee.
  4. Enable Apply Sales Tax to Cart Total.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Place a test order and verify that the Taxes field contains the calculated tax amount.
