Payment Systems: Supported Payment Providers

Configure payment systems, connect payment providers, manage API credentials, and enable online payments in Eatery Club.

Purpose

Configure payment gateways that power online payments in Eatery Club by connecting banks and third-party payment providers.

Available to the Owner role only.

Setup Workflow

To enable online payments:

  1. Create a Payment System by selecting a provider and entering the required API credentials.
  2. Create a Payment Type based on the configured Payment System.
  3. Assign the Payment Type to one or more restaurants.

Only after completing all three steps will online payments become available to customers.

Important: Online payments will not work without valid API credentials.

Any changes to production API keys should be coordinated with Eatery Club Support.


Scenario: Connect WayForPay

  1. Obtain your Merchant Login and Secret Key from WayForPay.
  2. Navigate to Settings → Payment Systems.
  3. Click Create.
  4. Configure the following:
    • Alias: wayforpay-prod
    • Provider: WayForPay
  5. Enter your Merchant Login and Secret Key under Access Settings.
  6. Save the Payment System.
  7. Create a Payment Type based on this Payment System (see Payment Types).

Testing

Before going live, perform a real payment test using your website or mobile application with a small transaction to verify that the integration works correctly.
