Payment Types: Customer Payment Methods

Configure payment types, online payment methods, prepayment, ERP mapping, and customer checkout options in Eatery Club.

Purpose

Configure the payment methods available to customers during checkout.

Payment Types can only be created after a Payment System has been configured.

The setup order is:

  1. Create a Payment System.
  2. Create a Payment Type based on that Payment System.

New Payment Options

  • Raiff — Raiffeisen Bank online acquiring for the Ukrainian market.
  • StripeSplit — Stripe integration supporting split payments across multiple merchant accounts.
  • Kiosk Terminal — Physical bank terminal integrated with self-service kiosks.

Key Fields

AliasInternal name. Used for customers if translations are unavailable
Visible to CustomersDisplays the payment method during checkout

ERP Payment TypeRequired for correct synchronization with the ERP/POS system

Make a Payment Type Available

To make a Payment Type visible during checkout:

  1. Assign it to one or more restaurants.
  2. Configure the appropriate Service Types (see Service Types).

Scenario: Create an Online Card Payment via Raiff

  1. Create a Raiff Payment System (see Payment Systems).
  2. Go to Settings → Payment Types.
  3. Click Create.
  4. Select the previously created Payment System.
  5. Choose Payment Type: Card.
  6. Enter the Alias: raiff-online-card.
  7. Enable Visible to Customers.
  8. Enable Active.
  9. Enable Prepayment Required.
  10. Select the appropriate ERP Payment Type (confirm the code in your ERP configuration).
  11. Assign the Payment Type to the required restaurants.
  12. Save your changes.
  13. Add translations (customer-facing name: Online Card).
