Delivery Zones: Polygon Editor

Purpose

Create and manage geographic delivery zones, delivery fees, minimum order requirements, and delivery conditions for each service area.

Interactive Polygon Editor

Delivery zones are managed using an interactive map editor in the admin panel.

Each delivery zone is displayed as a colored polygon on the map, making it easy to visualize and manage service areas.

KML import is also supported as an optional backup method for bulk imports, such as migrating delivery zones from Google My Maps or another platform.

Delivery Zone Fields

Field	Description
Alias	Internal zone name (for example, City Center or Left Bank).
Standard Delivery Fee	Default delivery charge for the zone.
Free Delivery Threshold	Minimum order amount required for free delivery.
Minimum Order Amount	Lowest order value accepted for delivery.
Delivery Time	Estimated delivery time (minutes).
Delivery Fee Discounts	Delivery fee discounts based on order value thresholds.
Active	Enable or disable the delivery zone.
Restaurants	Restaurants assigned to the zone.
Delivery Service	ERP delivery service ID used for financial integration.

Scenario: Update the Delivery Fee

1. Open the required delivery zone (✏ Edit).
2. Update the Standard Delivery Fee.
3. Click Save.

Scenario: Create a New Delivery Zone

1. Go to Delivery → Delivery Zones.
2. Click Create Zone.
3. Draw a polygon on the map by selecting points around the delivery area and double-clicking to close the shape.
4. Complete the required fields:
   • Alias
   • Delivery fee
   • Minimum order amount
   • Delivery time
5. Assign the zone to one or more restaurants.
6. Click Save.

Scenario: Import Zones from a KML File

1. Export a KML file from Google My Maps or another mapping tool.
2. Go to Delivery → Delivery Zones.
3. Import the KML file using the available import option or with assistance from Eatery Club Support.
4. Verify that all delivery zones appear correctly on the map.

Scenario: Configure Tiered Delivery Discounts

1. Open a delivery zone and click Edit.
2. In Delivery Fee Discounts, add one or more pricing tiers:
   • Order Amount – Minimum order value.
   • Discount (%) – Percentage discount applied to the delivery fee.
3. Repeat for additional tiers if needed (for example, UAH 300 → 50%, UAH 500 → Free Delivery).
4. Click Save.
