Delivery Rules vs. Delivery Zones

|---|---|---|
| Purpose | Defines geographic delivery areas, pricing, and delivery logic | Displays delivery terms and conditions to guests |
| Affects Delivery Calculations | ✅ Yes | ❌ No |
| Visible to Guests | Limited | ✅ Yes |
If your restaurant has multiple delivery zones with different pricing, configure them in Delivery Zones. Use Delivery Rules to explain delivery conditions, such as minimum order amounts or free delivery thresholds.
Example:
Zone A – Minimum order: UAH 300 for sushi or UAH 200 for pizza. Free delivery for orders over UAH 500.
