Push Notification Settings
Learn how to configure push notifications in Eatery Club, customize notification texts, manage order updates, and schedule review requests.

Configure the behavior of system push notifications sent to guests during standard customer journeys, such as order status updates, visit review requests, and news notifications.
Available Settings
| Setting | Description |

| Push Notification Text Settings | Upload a file with custom notification texts to replace the default system messages. |
| Visit Review Request Delay (minutes) | Specify how many minutes after an order is closed a review request should be sent. |
| Enable Visit Review Push Notifications | Enable or disable push notifications inviting guests to rate their visit. |
| Send News Notifications to Guests Without a City | Choose whether guests who have not selected a city should receive news-related push notifications. |
Custom Push Notification Texts
The Push Notification Text Settings field allows you to upload a file containing custom notification messages.
Uploading this file overrides the default texts used by the system, including messages for order status updates and other system notifications.
Recommendation: Use this option only when you need to centrally customize the default notification texts across the platform.
Scenario: Configure a Visit Review Request
- Go to Settings → Push Notification Settings.
- Enable Visit Review Push Notifications.
- Set the Visit Review Request Delay, for example 30 minutes, to avoid interrupting guests immediately after their order is completed.
- Click Save.
Result: Thirty minutes after an order is closed, the guest will receive a push notification inviting them to rate their visit.
