Purpose

The Eatery Club Admin Panel is a web-based management platform for restaurant operations. It enables you to manage menus, orders, customers, marketing campaigns, staff, and the configuration of both the mobile application and website.

Changes made in the Admin Panel are reflected in the customer-facing application and website in real time.

What You Can Do

The Admin Panel allows you to:

  • Manage your menu structure, including parent categories, categories, products, modifiers, and product groups.
  • Configure restaurants, including addresses, business hours, service types, Telegram integrations, coordinates, and social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook).
  • View, manage, and monitor customer orders.
  • Manage customer data, including bonus balances, customer groups, order history, and loyalty levels.
  • Run marketing campaigns using promo codes, promotions, events, push notifications, recurring campaigns, and Stories (1080 × 1920).
  • Read and analyze customer reviews.
  • Configure delivery zones, payment methods, and payment systems.
  • Manage restaurant staff, including waiters, couriers, and restaurant tables.
  • Configure loyalty and referral programs.
  • Export operational data and connect reporting tools such as Looker Studio.

Important: ERP Data Synchronization

Many entities displayed in the Admin Panel are synchronized from your connected ERP/POS system, including PosterSyrve/iikoR-Keeper, and Lightspeed.

The following entities must be created in the ERP system:

  • Products
  • Product Variants
  • Modifiers
  • Restaurant Tables
  • Waiters
  • Promo Codes
  • Promotions

After synchronization, these items can be managed within the Admin Panel by:

  • Enabling or disabling them
  • Configuring visibility
  • Adding translations
  • Adjusting platform-specific settings

Always verify whether data originates from the ERP before making changes in the Admin Panel.
