Photo by Terren Hurst on UnsplashPtak Warsaw Expo will host the EuroGastro from March 10 to 12, positioning it as Poland’s largest trade fair for the HoReCa sector. Organizers project attendance exceeding 26,000 visitors across a venue spanning 50,000 square meters.
Six pavilions will house over 550 exhibitors from 30 countries. Key thematic zones include Kitchen Equipment, Bakery & Confectionery, and the growing “Food & Drink” sector. Strategic focus areas for 2026 prioritize “Smart Kitchens” and the “Digital World” to reflect the industry’s shift toward automation and data-driven management.
Why it matters: The heavy emphasis on digital solutions and “Food as a Service” signals a turning point for Central European hospitality. Restaurants are moving beyond simple POS systems toward integrated ecosystems. This trend validates the necessity for owned digital channels and white-label apps to maintain direct customer relationships in an automated future.
