Skip the Line by Eatery Club is now available to clients in Ukraine and Romania. At peak times, guests can place an order even while the kiosk is in use. They scan the QR code beside it, turning their phone into another self-service ordering screen. In a browser, they choose items, pay online and see the number they will use to collect their order. No app or registration is needed.
In food courts, where there is limited room for more terminals, guests can place orders in parallel on their own phones. Orders from the kiosk and phones follow the same route to the kitchen.
