Couriers: Managing Delivery Staff
Learn how to manage couriers in Eatery Club, add delivery staff, assign couriers to orders, and manage delivery personnel.

Manage delivery couriers in Eatery Club. Couriers are a standalone entity that can be created and managed directly in the admin panel.
Couriers are different from Waiters.
Couriers vs. Waiters

Courier Fields
| Field | Description |

Assigning a Courier to an Order
- Create the courier in the Couriers section.
- Open an order with the Ready status.
- Click the ⋯ menu and select Assign Courier.
- Choose a courier from the list.
Result: The Courier field is populated in the order, and the assigned courier receives a notification about the delivery.
Scenario: Add a New Courier
- Go to Settings → Couriers.
- Click Create.
- Enter the courier’s First Name, Last Name, Email, and Phone.
- Click Save.
Scenario: Deactivate a Courier
Note: As of May 2026, the deactivation workflow is still being finalized. To remove a courier from the active list, please contact Eatery Club Support.
