Couriers: Managing Delivery Staff

Learn how to manage couriers in Eatery Club, add delivery staff, assign couriers to orders, and manage delivery personnel.

Purpose

Manage delivery couriers in Eatery Club. Couriers are a standalone entity that can be created and managed directly in the admin panel.

Couriers are different from Waiters.

Courier Fields

Assigning a Courier to an Order

  1. Create the courier in the Couriers section.
  2. Open an order with the Ready status.
  3. Click the  menu and select Assign Courier.
  4. Choose a courier from the list.

Result: The Courier field is populated in the order, and the assigned courier receives a notification about the delivery.

Scenario: Add a New Courier

  1. Go to Settings → Couriers.
  2. Click Create.
  3. Enter the courier’s First NameLast NameEmail, and Phone.
  4. Click Save.

Scenario: Deactivate a Courier

Note: As of May 2026, the deactivation workflow is still being finalized. To remove a courier from the active list, please contact Eatery Club Support.
