Integration tokens: API keys for external systems
The Integration tokens section in the Eatery Club panel: how the list looks, why the key must be copied before the record is saved, and how to handle it.
Updated: 11.09.2026The Integration tokens section (“Токени інтеграції”) stores API keys. One record is one key with its own name.
Your POS access key is not kept here. It lives on the ERP account card. If you are setting up a POS, open the article about iikoTransport and Poster accounts.
Opening the section
Open Resources, the 6.Settings group, then Integration tokens (“Ресурси”, “6.Налаштування”, “Токени інтеграції”). The list has three columns: ID, Name (“Найменування”) and Token (“Токен”). Every row carries view, edit (the pencil) and delete (the trash icon) actions. The Create integration token (“Створити Токен інтеграції”) button sits at the top right.
The panel shows a key only once
In the Token column you see only the beginning and the end of the value; the rest is covered by asterisks. The key looks the same on the record’s edit form. After the record is saved, the full value is no longer shown in the panel.
That is why the creation form itself warns you to copy the key before saving the record. The order is:
- Click Create integration token.
- Fill in Name. The field is required, and it is what you will recognize the record by in the list, so name the key after the system that uses it.
- Fill in the required API key (“Ключ API”) field.
- Copy the value into wherever you keep the other passwords and keys of your venue.
- Only then save the record.
If you did not copy the key, you will no longer be able to read it in the panel. Contact Eatery Club support for the next steps.
How to handle the key
Treat the key as a password: keep it in a password manager or wherever you hold your other service credentials, do not send it through messaging apps, and do not put it in files that sit in shared storage.
The panel does not show what a particular key opens access to. Find the record you need by its name or ID. Check the scope of access with Eatery Club support before you pass the key on.
When to contact support
Contact Eatery Club support if you need to:
- issue a key to a contractor or a new service and understand what exactly it will receive;
- replace a key that may have reached the wrong hands;
- remove the key of a system you no longer use.
In the request, give the name of the record in the list, not the key itself.
