Referral program: invite a friend
How to enable the referral program in the Eatery Club admin panel, set the points for the inviter and the invited guest, and when they are awarded.
Updated: 09.09.2026The referral program awards loyalty points both to the guest who invited a friend and to the invited guest. The settings consist of one switch and two numbers. They live in the «6.Налаштування» (Settings) group, the «Налаштування» (Settings) section, the «Реферальна програма» (Referral program) card.
Parameters
- «Увімкнути реферальну програму» (Enable the referral program): the switch that turns the program on for the project;
- «Кількість бонусів для клієнта» (Number of bonuses for the client): how many points the guest who invited a friend receives;
- «Кількість бонусів для реферала» (Number of bonuses for the referral): how many points the invited guest receives.
Each parameter is edited separately with the pencil icon in its row.
When points are awarded
Points are awarded to both participants after the invited guest’s first successful order. Until then the invitation gives no points.
How to enable the program
- Open «Налаштування» and the «Реферальна програма» card.
- Turn on «Увімкнути реферальну програму».
- Set the number of bonuses for the client and for the referral.
- In the «Інформація» (Information) section create an info block of the «Реферальна програма» type so that guests see the terms in the app.
