Order sources: the channels orders arrive from

The order sources section in the Eatery Club admin panel: the App, Android, Ios, Site, Mobile Site and QR Site channels that orders arrive from.

The «Джерела замовлення» (order sources) section shows the list of channels that orders arrive from. The source of an order is visible on the order card, and statistics are broken down by the same field. Open the section from the «4.Доставка» (delivery) group of the side menu.

The list has three columns: «ID», «АЛІАС» (alias) and «ДЖЕРЕЛО» (source). Every row has view and edit buttons.

The channels in the list

  • «App»: the restaurant app.
  • «Android»: the Android app.
  • «Ios»: the iOS app.
  • «Site»: the ordering website.
  • «Mobile Site»: the mobile version of the website.
  • «QR Site»: an order at the table through the QR menu.

If a channel you need is missing or a name looks wrong, contact support.
