Eatery Administrators: Managing Admin Panel Users
Manage Eatery Club administrators, create users, assign roles, update permissions, and control Admin Panel access.

Create, manage, and maintain administrator accounts for the Eatery Club Admin Panel.
Available to the Owner role only.
Scenario: Create a New Administrator
- Go to Settings → Eatery Administrators.
- Click Create User.
- Complete the following fields:
- Name
- Email — used to sign in to the Admin Panel
- Password
- Role — Administrator, Marketer, or a custom role
- Click Save.
Scenario: Deactivate a Former Employee
- Open the user profile.
- Click Edit.
- Set Active to No.
- Save your changes.
Result
The user will no longer be able to access the Admin Panel. Their activity history remains available for auditing purposes.
Scenario: Change a User’s Role
- Open the user profile.
- Click Edit.
- Select a new role in the Role field.
- Save your changes.
Result
The updated permissions will take effect the next time the user signs in.
