Restaurant Settings: Complete Guide

Configure restaurant settings, ERP integration, delivery, payments, schedules, translations, and customer options in Eatery Club.

Updated for v6 based on the live Admin Panel. The Restaurant profile now includes 46+ configurable fields, compared to approximately 15 fields in v5.

Purpose

Manage restaurant locations, configure operational settings, connect restaurants to the ERP/POS system, and control customer-facing availability.

Restaurant settings are organized into multiple configuration sections covering operations, payments, scheduling, delivery, translations, media, and integrations.

Restaurants cannot be created manually.

To add a new restaurant, contact your Eatery Club Sales Manager or email sales@eatery.club. After the restaurant is created, it becomes available for configuration in the Admin Panel.

The restaurant list displays:

  • ID
  • Name
  • Alias
  • Active
  • City
  • Payment Types
  • Available Service Types
  • Categories

Each restaurant profile includes an analytics section displayed at the top of the page.

Business Hours

Two independent schedules are available:

  • Restaurant Opening Hours
  • Delivery Hours

Each day includes:

  • Open From
  • Open Until
  • Open / Closed
  • Accept Orders for Tomorrow

The Accept Orders for Tomorrow option allows customers to place pre-orders for the following day.


Additional Settings

Group Orders

When enabled, multiple customers can contribute items to a shared order while paying individually. The completed order is submitted to the POS as a single order.


Translations

Restaurant information supports multiple languages.

The following fields can be translated:

  • Restaurant Name
  • Address

Product and Modifier Stop Lists

Products and modifiers marked as unavailable in the ERP are automatically synchronized to the Admin Panel stop list.

Manual stop lists can also be managed through the Admin Panel. The exact interaction between manual and ERP-managed stop lists may vary depending on your configuration.


Common Scenarios

Configure Telegram Chats

  1. Open the restaurant.
  2. Click ⋯ → Add Telegram Group.
  3. Select:
    • Feedback
    • Orders
    • or both.
  4. Confirm.

Feedback and order chats are created automatically.

Negative feedback, reservations, and tips chat IDs can be entered manually.


Configure Business Hours and Pre-orders

  1. Open the restaurant.
  2. Click Edit.
  3. Configure business hours for each day.
  4. Enable Accept Orders for Tomorrow where required.
  5. Save your changes.

Add Social Media Links

  1. Open the restaurant.
  2. Click Edit.
  3. Enter the restaurant’s TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook URLs.
  4. Save.

Customers will see social media icons on both the website and the mobile app.
