Review Questions: Custom Rating Questions
Learn how to create custom review questions with 1–5 star ratings to collect detailed guest feedback and measure specific aspects of the customer experience.

Create custom questions that appear in the guest review form. Guests answer each question by selecting a star rating from 1 to 5, allowing you to collect more detailed feedback about their experience.
Fields

| Message | The question displayed to guests. Supports emojis. |
| Active | Enable or disable the question (Yes / No). |
Note: Changes apply only to new reviews. Responses submitted in existing reviews remain unchanged.
Scenario: Create a “Food Quality” Question
- Go to Review Questions and click Create.
- Enter the Message: “How would you rate the quality of the food?”
- Enable the question.
- Click Save.
- Open the question (👁 View) and add translations for each supported language.
Result: The next time a guest submits a review, they will see the new question and be able to rate it using 1–5 stars.
