Purpose

View and manage guest reviews submitted after a delivery order. Use this section to monitor delivery quality, investigate customer feedback, and evaluate courier performance.

Table Columns

Created AtDate and time the review was submitted.
Customer NameName of the guest.
Phone NumberGuest’s contact number.
RatingDelivery rating.
OrderOrder ID (click to open the order details).

Filter by Rating

  • Poor
  • Fair
  • Average
  • Good
  • Excellent

Common Use Cases

  • Monitor delivery service quality.
  • Evaluate courier performance (Review → Order → Courier).
  • Respond quickly to negative customer feedback.

Scenario: Open an Order from a Negative Review

  1. Go to Delivery Reviews.
  2. Filter reviews by Poor.
  3. Click the Order ID in the Order column.
  4. The order details page will open, displaying information such as the delivery time, assigned courier, and order contents.

Scenario: Analyze a Courier’s Performance

  1. Go to Orders and search or filter by the Courier field.
  2. Record the relevant Order IDs.
  3. Open Delivery Reviews and review the feedback associated with those orders.
