View and manage guest reviews submitted after a delivery order. Use this section to monitor delivery quality, investigate customer feedback, and evaluate courier performance.
Table Columns

| Customer Name | Name of the guest. |
| Phone Number | Guest’s contact number. |
| Rating | Delivery rating. |
| Order | Order ID (click to open the order details). |
Filter by Rating
- Poor
- Fair
- Average
- Good
- Excellent
Common Use Cases
- Monitor delivery service quality.
- Evaluate courier performance (Review → Order → Courier).
- Respond quickly to negative customer feedback.
Scenario: Open an Order from a Negative Review
- Go to Delivery Reviews.
- Filter reviews by Poor.
- Click the Order ID in the Order column.
- The order details page will open, displaying information such as the delivery time, assigned courier, and order contents.
Scenario: Analyze a Courier’s Performance
- Go to Orders and search or filter by the Courier field.
- Record the relevant Order IDs.
- Open Delivery Reviews and review the feedback associated with those orders.
