Deliverect Launches AI Agent Library to Automate Restaurant Operations
Deliverect unveils industry-first AI agent library for restaurants, featuring plug-and-play automation tools
Photo by DeliverectDeliverect, the global food-tech platform serving over 70,000 restaurant locations, has launched what it calls the first library of plug-and-play artificial intelligence agents designed specifically for restaurants. The AI Agent Library, developed with workflow automation firm n8n and piloted by KFC Netherlands, enables restaurants to integrate intelligent agents directly into their operations without requiring in-house AI development.
The platform offers seven templates at launch, addressing order throttling, menu optimization, marketing automation and guest-support escalation. Each template connects to restaurants’ existing point-of-sale systems, delivery partners, CRM platforms and marketing tools to enable real-time automation of decision-making processes.
KFC Netherlands tested the technology through its “Secret Box Meal” campaign, deploying a Dynamic Promotion Agent that automatically generated and activated promotional codes as participants completed an online treasure hunt. The pilot generated over 1,000 codes within hours of launch and drove a 118% sales uplift on the campaign day, with zero manual intervention required.
The AI Agent Library is available immediately to restaurants on the Deliverect platform. Public templates can be deployed directly and charged on a usage basis, while restaurants can also design custom agents for specific operational needs. The system is designed for enterprise deployment, with ISO-compliant governance and per-location controls that allow rollout across hundreds of stores within days.
Deliverect processes 30 million API calls daily and has powered over one billion orders to date.
