Eatery Club Previews 2026 Loyalty Overhaul with Gamified Tool
Eatery Club has announced a major expansion of its loyalty ecosystem scheduled for release in 2026
Photo by Eatery ClubEatery Club has announced a major expansion of its loyalty functionality scheduled for release in 2026. The company released an interactive demonstration on its website allowing operators to explore planned promotional mechanics through a digital card-deck interface.
Restaurateurs can now simulate customer retention scenarios by “drawing” random strategy cards. One revealed mechanic, the “Business Lunch” module, specifically targets office workers to boost midday traffic. These pre-configured templates will be available to all clients and require only minimal customization to launch. The interface categorizes mechanics by target audience, such as business clients, and operational goals, like competing with catering services or introducing new menus.
Why it matters: Customer retention costs significantly less than acquisition. By templating complex loyalty mechanics into ready-to-use modules, Eatery Club reduces the technical barrier for independent restaurants. This enables operators to deploy sophisticated, data-driven retention strategies through their own direct channels without needing expensive marketing agencies.
