Support Manager
We are looking for a Support Manager who will become an important part of our team and help clients use our solutions as effectively as possible.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to clients across all company products (admin panel, mobile app, self-service kiosks)
- Assist with system setup and administration
- Consult on platform functionality and capabilities
- Handle client inquiries through various communication channels
- Collaborate with the development team to resolve technical issues
- Contribute to improving documentation and training materials
Nice to have
- Experience with POS systems (Poster, IIKO, etc.)
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Experience in the HoReCa industry
- Understanding of payment systems and integrations
